Mabuchi Motor Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, Representative Director and President : Tohru TAKAHASHI) has released "Mabuchi Motor Integrated Report 2025".
We have been issuing the Integrated Report in order to provide all of our stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, customers, business partners, and local communities, with an understanding of our management principle, our value creation process from the past to the future, and our efforts to contribute to a sustainable society.

Overview of "Mabuchi Motor Integrated Report 2025”
- Based on the practice of our corporate philosophy to contribute to society, we explain our long-term management policy and strategy, as well as our strengths in realizing it. Under the "e-MOTO" concept, which provides “motion" solutions with motors at its core, we aim for growth centered around the 3 M fields (Mobility, Machinery, Medical) in our 2030 management plan.
- We also elaborate on the importance of "human capital" as the most critical management resource to achieve sustainable growth, in alignment with the 2030 management plan.
- We have added pages on IT strategy to support our growth strategy.
- We provide an update on sustainability key issues, progress towards set goals, and initiatives related to the environment and society.
- In the interviews with the Outside Directors, we feature evaluations of our company by the two Outside Directors who serve as chairpersons of the nomination and remuneration committees and the Audit & Supervisory Committee. The messages from the newly appointed Outside Directors in March 2025 are also featured.
